Tehran is willing to resume nuclear negotiations with Washington provided that it is handled with "respect" and "respect", Tehran's top diplomat has announced.

Both sides would have been able to declare success since local refinement would have remained and the US could be assured that Iran's nuclear programme was entirely non-military.

Diplomacy can still be viable and remains the ultimate resolution to address conflicts, but its requirements, guidelines and fundamentals must be respected."

Repair and Rebuilding

The Iranian people have developed more resilient, more cohesive, and more backing of the government and the country in the face of this assault."
